CHACOLA DREAM HOUSE
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing and supportive services to single women, men, veterans, LGBTQIA, and those with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness or on the verge of being homeless in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding cities.
OUR IMPACT
PROGRAMS
CDH provides wraparound case management services for all clients. With the help of the various service providers, we can refer our clients to any services that CDH cannot provide in-house.
Some examples include:

Referrals to employment programs and educational programs

Referrals for mental health services and substance abuse counseling

Assistance with obtaining health insurance and entitlements

WHO WE ARE
Chacola Dream House supports individuals with affordable, service-enriched housing. We are dedicated to breaking the pattern of homelessness for those we serve by providing affordable housing and supportive services to empower them to achieve and sustain social and financial stability.
In addition to housing, CDH services include case management, resident advocacy, and life-skills training. Services are custom fitted to meet the needs of each individual and are based on their specific situations and goals.
